This is an original Victorian trade card for Prof. Horsford's Phosphatic Baking Powder featuring a child looking at "Horsford's Almanac Cook Book".
The back describes the qualities of the baking powder and provides two testimonials to its nutritious benefits.
It measures 3 x 4 7/8 inches and is in good condition. The colors are bright and attractive, and it has just a little chip to the upper right corner.
