Name: John Waterhouse - he died of cholera when it spread through parts of Beaver County in the summer of 1849.

One page measuring about 16x12 inches. Usual folds, paper is sturdy, dampstain with a little fading to about 2 inches on one edge, but writing otherwise quite bright.  No musty smell.
