Date: 1838 - Document is not dated, but an Andrew Wilson married to Sarah Ann Vance, living in Big Beaver Township died in 1838. Sarah Ann Wilson features prominently in the vendue list. Handwriting and document age are appropriate for the 1838 date. He was only 26.

One page measuring about 16 x 12 inches. Usual folds, paper is sturdy, dampstain to about half with a little fading to writing but still legible.  NO musty smell.
